Service Description

Sports massage has many benefits including relief from muscle tension, better recovery, improved circulation, better ranges of movement and scar tissue improvements. During your initial consultation I will take you through a pre-massage assessment where we focus on your posture and movement before planning your treatment specifically to the problems you're facing. Acupuncture, Cupping and Vibration techniques are available in session where needed.
